A workday typically involves starting the day by checking emails and prioritizing tasks. Throughout the day, there are meetings, phone calls, and working on various projects. My normal workday typically ends with a review of the day's accomplishments and a brief planning session for the next day. I also take some time to tidy up my workspace and organize any loose ends. I make sure to communicate with my team members about any outstanding tasks or updates, and then I take some time to wind down and relax before heading home. Finally, I make a mental note of any important tasks or meetings for the following day to ensure a smooth start in the morning. **

However, some essential services and industries may require employees to work on holidays, in which case they may receive additional compensation or time off in lieu. Ultimately, whether holidays count as a workday depends on the specific policies and practices of the employer and the nature of the work being performed. **
