The aim of the RACC Foundation is to improve our mobility, especially in the fields of road safety, environmental protection and traffic education. Also, protect and defend the rights of motorists by creating public opinion among our society. To reach these objectives, the RACC Foundation produces educational programmes for schools, researches and publishes studies in order to give independent and reliable information to road users about vehicles, transport infrastructures and human behaviour. The RACC has signed in 2004 the European Road Safety Charter, taking the commitment to carry out activities aiming at the reduction of road fatalities. Moreover, the RACC provides safe driving training courses in its facilities of the Circuit de Catalunya for individuals and professionals whose jobs are connected with driving.
