The car observation company (OVE) is an association regulated by the law of July 1st 1901.
As an observer, its purpose is to analyse the major trends of the mobility market in France and in Europe and to publish its work. As an independent institution, the OVE participates in all the latest developments that push the market forward, and provides decision-makers with pertinent information to help them take relevant decisions concerning company vehicles. Amongst other things, the OVE carries out studies, tests and comparative trials in the OVE Lab.
