Fundación FITSA

The Technological Institute Foundation for Automobile Safety is a non-profit making organisation whose mission is to contribute to research, technological development and professional training in the environmental and safety aspects of the vehicle. The activities are supported by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, and the patronage includes as well representatives from the Spanish Directorate General for Traffic, Spanish Ministry of Education and Science, ANFAC (ACEA Spanish member), SERNAUTO (Spanish member of CLEPA ) and AECA-ITV (Technical Inspections). One of the main goals is to promote road safety.
